Dolce Hospitality launches four new catering concepts at the heart of the DIFC

With a rich heritage dating back to 1990 when Kate, Naomi and the models of the day were regulars at Mayfair’s ever-popular hangouts including Tantra, Mayfair Club and Emporium, Dolce Hospitality is well aware of its commitment to providing exquisite dining experiences. The main focus of Dolce Hospitality is always the critically acclaimed food they serve. From the attention to detail, to the acclaimed chefs they employ and the finest ingredients they use, nothing is wasted when it comes to research and development at Dolce Hospitality. As part of Dolce Hospitality’s ever-expanding portfolio; Mamounia, La Voile Rouge, Hidemasa and Dolce Legends are the latest venues to head to the Middle East in Dubai’s financial capital, DIFC. Each offering a range of delicious offerings:

The Red Sail:

Dress up and show off in this gem of the French Mediterranean, hailing from the shores of Saint-Tropez, where the revered spot has reigned supreme for over 4 decades. Serving a ‘sea of ​​flavours’, you can indulge in rich and delicious flavors including French favourites, escargot, terrine of duck foie gras and salad niçoise with a selection of steaks, beef bourguignon and seafood for main courses. Famous for its awe-inspiring ambience and exquisite, flavorful cuisine, the venue will also host elegant fashion shows from their in-house runway, showcasing new and emerging talent as well as world-renowned designers.

Hidemasa:

Indulge in a delicious and dynamic menu of Japanese dishes by renowned Michelin-starred chef Hide Yamamoto. Gastronomy aficionados are sure to know the chef trained in France and Italy, born in Japan and awarded numerous culinary prizes and accolades throughout his illustrious career. Chef Hide had the honor of serving many US Presidents while stationed at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington. Previously at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, chef Hide Yamamoto offers elegant and well-executed plates ranging from sushi and sashimi, charcoal-grilled meats, fish and vegetarian options.

Mamounia Middle East:

Anyone who has frequented London’s thriving foodie scene will be delighted to hear Mayfair’s ever-popular haunt, Mamounia is now open in Dubai with the famed original London founder relaunched in the area. Enjoy a vibrant social atmosphere with shisha, belly dancers and other live entertainment, all amid wonderful Middle Eastern flavors and textures. A delicious sharing concept awaits with the most authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, perfectly fused with a little West London flair. Savor beautifully marinated mezze plates while enjoying the expansive outdoor terrace, tastefully decorated with Arabic calligraphy and traditional design elements.

The four Dolce Hospitality outlets are located at the podium level of the Al Fattan Currency tower in the DIFC. Weekday hours are 7:00 a.m. for breakfast at La Voile Rouge, and 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch, and dinner is 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with Dolce Legends open until 3:00 a.m. Valet parking is also available with a private, air-conditioned waiting area for your comfort and convenience.
